What is a garphic tablet?

A digital tablet, also known as a hand-drawn tablet, a drawing tablet, and a drawing board, usually consists of a tablet and a pressure-sensitive pen, and needs to be connected to a computer for use. The digital tablet is mainly oriented to design, art-related, animation production, industrial design and image processing.

Good hardware needs the support of good software. As a hardware input tool, the graphic tablet combine with Painter, Photoshop, M-Brush and other drawing software to create works of various styles: oil painting, watercolor painting, sketch... A:本製品は、タブレット端末ではなく液晶ペンタブレットとなります。

タブレットとは違い、単品では動作しません。

PC接続が必須でありますのでPCなしでも使えないということです。 

Q：カーソルがペンを付いてくるところまでは正常なのですがその他の描画やクリックなどが一切反応しないのですが解決法ありますか？

A：お客様が使っているOSはMacだと思います。

     アップルの場合なら解決策は以下の順番になりますので。

    ①PC内に『安全とプライバシー』のオプションを開けて下さい。

    ②その中に『サポート機能』のオプションを見つけて開けて下さい。

    ③ドライバー名（Bostotablet）を検索して追加してください。その後、チェック入れたままで保存してください。

Q：液タブ側とパソコン側のコードを繋いでも液タブ側は信号無しですが、どうしたらいいですか？

A：以下の方法を試してみて下さい。

     ①USBケーブルの抜き差し

     ②Type-cケーブルを一度抜いて逆方向で差す

     ③ドライバの入れなおし

1、BOSTO電磁ペン配置ツールのキャリブレーション内に「電磁ペン/マルチディスプレイの設定」をクリックしてください。

2、下記のような画像の画面が表示され、メッセージがタブレットの画面に表示されるまでEnterキーを押下して移動します。タブレット画面にメッセージが表示されたら、ペンでタブレット画面をタッチしてください。

※環境によっては、キャリブレーション設定画面の「Windows Ink機能を有効にする」のチェックを外す必要があります。

Q:パソコンと液タブ繋いでコードを差しても液タブ側はノーサポートです。

A：付属された銀色のUSBに画面に「サポートなし」との文字が表示される場合の解決方法の動画が添付されておりますのでお役に立つと思います。

If you have a graphic tablet driver installed on your computer,please make sure to uninstall it before installing the new one. Otherwise, conflicts will occur. close painting software and antivirus tools on your computer.

Then restart your computer after uninstalling the driver.

 Open BOSTO Driver file and install the driver and always click 'Next' to finish it.

Open the driver and find calibration function

Click calibration

Click the center of the cross in turn.

Please find the 'Touch Settings' on the driver page and click it.

Here are three options.

1.Disable All Touchs.(tick it to disable touch function completely.)

2.Disable Single Finger Touch. After ticking it,you can only use multi touch.

3.Disable Touch Screen Function when pen is detected..After ticking it,you can only use the pen to click screen and the touch screen works with pen leaving the sensing area. 

Please try the following steps.

1. Open Bosto Driver and click on buttons.

2.Set to the shortcut functions you need.

3.You can also set to a combintaion function on the keyboard area.

Please kindly note that the wheel's function is fixed, and cannot be customized.

Please try the following steps that can help you customize the press keys of the pen.

1.Open the Bosto driver and click on 'Drawing Settings'

2.Click on 'Mouse Right Click' or 'Mouse Left Click' for setting as mouse function.

3.Click on 'Keyboard' for setting as letter shortcuts function.

1.Please make sure that your computer hasn't been installed any other drivers. If has, please uninstall it and the Bosto Driver, then reinstall Bosto Driver. 

2.About the driver uninstllation, please open Start Menu and find Control Panel.Select Category and click on Program Uninstallation.

3.Find the driver and click on uninstall.

4.After uninstallation, please restart your computer

5.Please find the Bosto Driver file and install it.

6.If it still doesn't detect your pen, please plug type-c in reverse and change another usb port of your computer.(the usb interface of the desktop is behind the host computer.)

7.If the above steps don't work, please try to change another computer.

Please try the following steps.

1.Open the driver and set your pen as a active pen.

 Press 'windows+p'keys at the same time to choose the mode you need (Duplicate Mode/Extend Mode); or right click on the desktop, click on resolution and select the screen mode.

Open the driver and find calibration function

Click calibration

Click the center of the cross in turn.

Put the cursor on the horn's icon, right click it, select play and then set speaker as defalut device to finish it.

(1) PS tool bar-'edit'-'prdfterence'-'function'

(2)Remove '√' of 'Usign the graphics processor'-click 'confirm'

(3)Brush toolbar-'brush'-'gear icon'-'reset tool'

Another reason for line lagging is a high value of 'flatness' you set.

Click 'brush tool'

Set the value to 10%. If the situation has not imporoved, please set to 5% to adjust. 

Please try the following steps.

1.Pleass click on windows icon, the start menu,on the left bottom

2.Click on control panel.

3.Select small icon(big icon) and click on 'pen and touch'.

4.Click on 'press and keep' and 'setting'.

5.Then cancel ticking 'Enable press and hold time for right-click'.

.What to do if your pen draws on ps without pressure sensitivity but the pressure bar moves?

Please try the following steps.

1.Open the ps.

2.Tick pressure switch. The first red circle is opacity pressure sensitive switch. The second red circle is brush thickness sensitive switch. Please tick the second switch.

Operation route: Open 'Safty and Privacy'-click 'Privacy'-click the sign of the lock in the lower left corner-find 'Auxiliary Function'=select'+'-click 'add programs'-search 'BOSTOtablet'-click to tick.Click the 'lock' in the lower left corner and save it.

Turn on the compouter-Click 'Setting'-'System Preferences'-Click 'General'-Switch desktop style to 'Light'-Save it.

1.Open 'System Preferences Set' and find 'Display'.

Click on 'Display” and tick 'Mirror Dislay', then set it a duplicate mode. And if you want to set it a extend mode, you need to cancel ticking 'Mirror Dislay'.

1. Open 'system preference setting' and find 'safety and privcacy'.

2. Please tick 'any source' for the applications you want to install and save it.
   

Please try to the following steps.

1.Press the two buttons closest to wheel at the same time to switch to phone mode.

1.Please connect T1060 to your computer first and dowload the driver from Bosto official website and install it on your computer.

2.Select the labguage you need and click 'save'.

3.Click on 'Yes'.

4. Click on 'Next'.

5.Waiting for finishing the installation.

6.Click on 'Finish'.

Please try the following steps that can help you improve that.

1、Open Bosto driver and click on 'Calibration'

2、Click on the display screen you are using to calibrate.

3.If the above steps cannot help, please right click on the desktop to choose 'graphic setting' and move the display screen to the left side of the computer screen.

4、Open the driver again and click 'Configure You Pen /Display'

5.Press 'enter' key to switch screens. When the following box appear, the pen cursor will be synchronized successfully. 

Please try the following steps.

1. Open 'Control Panel' and click on 'Tablet Settings'.

3.Click on 'Touch Input'.

4.After that, a touch configuration box will pop up on the screen,which says please tap screen with one finger to fix it up as the touch screen, or press Enter key to switch to next screen, and if you need ,please press Esc key to close the tool.

5.Please switch to the screen you need and tap it with one finger to fix it up as the touch screen.( If the singer finger touch function doesn't work, please set the touch screen function on the driver. Setting Method is below.)

-- Open the driver and click on touch settings.

-- Uncheck single finger touch.

1.Please check that the HDMI cable is plugged tightly. Note:if your desktop has discrete graphics, please pulg the HDMI cable in it.

2.Please operate as the route: “setting ”-“Multi-monitor setup”-“detect” and replug the HDNI cable.

3.If the above steps don't work, please download a corresponding software to update your graphics driver.

After updating the graphics driver, please restart your computer and repeart the above steps

4.If these steps don't help, please change another computer to try. 

Please try the following steps.

1.Please keep the pen display cable connection and don't do any operationg for two to three hours

2.After several hours, please check if ti still flickers. If it is solved,please contact the customer service.

It is a regular situation there is a color aberration between different electronic devices for their different usage of the mnitor and display styles.You can adjust it through the brightness button on the side of the pen display.

Or you can adjust the value of the rgb on the manu page.

1.Route:Menu- Color- Press 'bright +' on the side of the product- Press Menu on the side.

2.After comfirming, you can use the '+,-' to select the RGB mode.

3.If you want to set a certain RGB value, please select 'User' and press menu and modify the value.

Please buy the adapter according to your computer's port. Such as DP port, DVI to Type-c adapter. We suggeat that you don't use VGA interface because it's prone to problems.

If you comnnect device to a desktop, please kindly noet, if your computer has a discrete graphics, please plug in it's area.

If you use a mac computer, we suggest that you can use a adapter for DP to Type-c.

Please replace a new pen nib and press and retoate it.

Please try to use it on other software. If it still doesn't work only on certain software, it is the software's problem. We suggest that you can reinstall the software.If that doen't help, Please try to change another computer to connect your device and test your pen.

Please make sure that all cables are plugged in tightly first. Then unplug in HDMI cable and only keep the type-c cable plugged to test if the tablet screen appears any words, if it doesn't, it is the screen's problem. Please contact seller for help.

Turn on the driver to see if the pen device is connected. If it shows that it is not connected, uninstall the installed driver, reinstall and check whether the driver pen device shows a link. If the drive shows that it is connected. If the pen does not respond, a major factor is that there is a problem with the pen. Change other computer connections to see if the same problem drives the display pen link, the pen does not respond. The same is true for other computers. There is a problem with the pen. Contact the dealer where you bought it and replace it with a new pen. The active pen can check whether there is no electricity and needs to be charged (no light is on or the light is flashing and needs to be charged.)

Place the nib of the pen on the table, press down and rotate it 180 degrees, and replace it with a new nib. If the problem remains the same, contact the dealer where you purchased the pen to replace it.

How long can a nib be used?And how to replace a worn nib?

One nib can be used for at least one hundred thousand painting strokes.

There are two main factors that cause pen wear:

1. The higher the pressure sensitivity coefficient of the pen in the drive is set, the greater the intensity of the pen, which will cause the pen nib to wear out too quickly.

2 The accumulation of dust on the surface of the pen tablet or pen display causes the pen nib to wear out too quickly.

    When the nib is worn to the following extent, it needs to be replaced.

Replacement to pen nib:

1 Unscrew the pen holder and take out the new pen nie and pen ring from the pen holder.

2 Use the pen ring to clamp out the worn pen nib.

3 Insert the new nib into the pen

Note: After replacing the new nib, you need to gently press it with your fingers to avoid uneven lines during the drawing process.

In order to maintain the feel of holding the pen, it is usually necessary to change the refill when half of the slope of the refill is used.

1.Please burn a needle red and insert it into the hole where the bin is broken.

2.When it cools,pull it out. Then replace a new nib. If the above steps don't work, please contact customer service for help.

You can try to burn the needle red and stick it into the broken part of the NIB and then pull out the needle after cooling to remove the broken part. Then replace the tip with a new one

Find the pen holder inside the package. Align the pen tip with the round hole at the end of the pen holder, tilt the main pen tip, and then gently drag the pen outward to take out the pen tip. Just align the new nib directly with the nib and insert it.
