Please try the following steps that can help you improve that.

1、Open Bosto driver and click on 'Calibration'

2、Click on the display screen you are using to calibrate.

3.If the above steps cannot help, please right click on the desktop to choose 'graphic setting' and move the display screen to the left side of the computer screen.

4、Open the driver again and click 'Configure You Pen /Display'

5.Press 'enter' key to switch screens. When the following box appear, the pen cursor will be synchronized successfully. 

Please try the following steps.

1. Open 'Control Panel' and click on 'Tablet Settings'.

3.Click on 'Touch Input'.

4.After that, a touch configuration box will pop up on the screen,which says please tap screen with one finger to fix it up as the touch screen, or press Enter key to switch to next screen, and if you need ,please press Esc key to close the tool.

5.Please switch to the screen you need and tap it with one finger to fix it up as the touch screen.( If the singer finger touch function doesn't work, please set the touch screen function on the driver. Setting Method is below.)

-- Open the driver and click on touch settings.

-- Uncheck single finger touch.

1.Please check that the HDMI cable is plugged tightly. Note:if your desktop has discrete graphics, please pulg the HDMI cable in it.

2.Please operate as the route: “setting ”-“Multi-monitor setup”-“detect” and replug the HDNI cable.

3.If the above steps don't work, please download a corresponding software to update your graphics driver.

After updating the graphics driver, please restart your computer and repeart the above steps

4.If these steps don't help, please change another computer to try. 

Please try the following steps.

1.Please keep the pen display cable connection and don't do any operationg for two to three hours

2.After several hours, please check if ti still flickers. If it is solved,please contact the customer service.

It is a regular situation there is a color aberration between different electronic devices for their different usage of the mnitor and display styles.You can adjust it through the brightness button on the side of the pen display.

Or you can adjust the value of the rgb on the manu page.

1.Route:Menu- Color- Press 'bright +' on the side of the product- Press Menu on the side.

2.After comfirming, you can use the '+,-' to select the RGB mode.

3.If you want to set a certain RGB value, please select 'User' and press menu and modify the value.

Please buy the adapter according to your computer's port. Such as DP port, DVI to Type-c adapter. We suggeat that you don't use VGA interface because it's prone to problems.

If you comnnect device to a desktop, please kindly noet, if your computer has a discrete graphics, please plug in it's area.

If you use a mac computer, we suggest that you can use a adapter for DP to Type-c.

Please replace a new pen nib and press and retoate it.

Please try to use it on other software. If it still doesn't work only on certain software, it is the software's problem. We suggest that you can reinstall the software.If that doen't help, Please try to change another computer to connect your device and test your pen.

Please make sure that all cables are plugged in tightly first. Then unplug in HDMI cable and only keep the type-c cable plugged to test if the tablet screen appears any words, if it doesn't, it is the screen's problem. Please contact seller for help.

Turn on the driver to see if the pen device is connected. If it shows that it is not connected, uninstall the installed driver, reinstall and check whether the driver pen device shows a link. If the drive shows that it is connected. If the pen does not respond, a major factor is that there is a problem with the pen. Change other computer connections to see if the same problem drives the display pen link, the pen does not respond. The same is true for other computers. There is a problem with the pen. Contact the dealer where you bought it and replace it with a new pen. The active pen can check whether there is no electricity and needs to be charged (no light is on or the light is flashing and needs to be charged.)

Place the nib of the pen on the table, press down and rotate it 180 degrees, and replace it with a new nib. If the problem remains the same, contact the dealer where you purchased the pen to replace it.
